GREENWICH FIRE HOUSE Piazza, Inc. constructed a three-story modernized firehouse with an exquisite limestone and granite exterior, apparatus bay garage, hydronic radiant heat flooring, fire truck exhaust system and offices. SPRING VALLEY FIRE STATION Piazza, Inc. took over the project to complete the brand new construction of South Spring Valley's state-of-the-art fire station and finished the job in the fall of 2015. SUNY CENTER FOR SCIENCE & ENGINEERING This new four-story 100,000 sq-foot building paved the way for innovation with its classrooms, laboratories, meeting spaces and Sarah Wells cafe. OCCC TOWER BUILDING AND MAPLE GARAGE RENOVATION Piazza, Inc.'s flawless installation of a "green roof" was one of the highlights of this project. The four-story building renovation created a new library and college classrooms, as well as electrical and plumbing work. WESTCHESTER COUNTY AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING Piazza, Inc. was selected to create an enclosure for the Westchester County Airport's Observation Deck. Our work also included the conversion of existing space into new offices. FOX LANE MIDDLE SCHOOL ADDITIONS & ALTERATIONS Piazza, Inc. performed a gut rehabilitation of the school's science labs, replacing them with modern updated facilities. The project also included renovations to three lobbies, workspaces, a roof replacement, and an addition of a state-of-the-art multipurpose room. SUNY NEW PALTZ MAIN BUILDING Piazza, Inc. conducted the historic renovation of the 1904 Old Main School of Education Building, which was the first project to use the new Building Information Systems computerized model. SCARSDALE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING Piazza, Inc. provided a much needed addition and renovation to Scarsdale's pubic safety building, which modernized the facility and added a new shooting range. ORANGE COUNTY 911 EMERGENCY Piazza, Inc. constructed the Emergency Services Center and renovations to the Fire Training Center. The new three-story 90,000 sq-ft. emergency services center was constructed with an auditorium, cafeteria, 911 dispatch center and houses other government agencies.
